Distant Reiki treatments are conducted online via Zoom. This does not lessen or weaken the treatment in any way, and is a technique that Master Usui taught his students alongside contact Reiki.
You may sit or lie down in the comfort of your own home, and there is no need to use the video function should you not wish to be on camera, however I will have my video on, so that you can be reassured of my presence and see what I am doing.
If you would rather not be on Zoom, that is fine too. I will send you an email the day before your treatment, and another reminder about 30 minutes before.
